Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints with active listening.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with store sales reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Assist recruiting, onboarding, and training of store staff.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
