McCormick Paints is seeking a Store Manager to lead a DC Metro region store in Vienna, VA, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to professional painters, contractors, and builders.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safe, compliant store operations. Some regional onboarding may involve travel within the DC Metro region.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading teams in a retail, paint, coatings, construction, or similar professional environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with professional customers and tailor solutions.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve or exceed goals; B2B or contractor-focused experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
