Job summary

POP MART in Livermore, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the business, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and develop a high-performing team. You will own store performance, talent development, visual merchandising, inventory control, and daily operations while promoting POP MART's collectible characters and premium brand.

This role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10% for openings and team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with passion for customer experience.
• Appreciation for designer toys, collectibles, art, or lifestyle brands is valued.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, customer-first culture reflecting POP MART values.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and development conversations.
• Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead KPIs: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Analyze business trends and develop action plans to hit goals.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador for POP MART.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets; support new initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% to support openings, meetings, training, and international collaborations.
