• Lead safety, security, and daily store operations; ensure proper opening/closing.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, signage, and in-stock targets; review weekly plans.
• Monitor financials, shrink, and turnover; control expenses and variances.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper deposits; uphold cashier controls.
