Job summary

You will ensure compliance with policies, coach staff, and drive sales with a focus on customer service and store profitability.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, performance reviews, scheduling, opening/closing, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring a safe, clean shopping environment for customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counseling when needed.
• Make pay/advancement recommendations and communicate expectations.
• Open/close store with appropriate scheduling and security.
• Manage in-stock targets, ordering plans and cycle counts weekly.
• Maintain visual presentation, pricing, signage and merchandise flow.
• Uphold cash controls, security practices and safety standards.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a clean store environment.
