Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Store Operations Leader to oversee total store operations with emphasis on departmental performance, partner development, and customer satisfaction. You’ll ensure compliance, safety, and financial objectives while coaching a team of partners across front end, inventory, and merchandising.

You will lead by example in delivering exceptional service, manage pricing accuracy and planograms, and drive store metrics to meet EBITDA and gross margin targets

Qualifications

Associates Degree in related field and two+ years of related experience.
HIPAA, TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certifications required through program within 2 weeks of start.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification required within 2 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Director in overseeing total store operations.
Lead and coach partners to ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Manage front end, inventory, pricing, and promotional displays.
Review financial metrics and drive sales, margins, and costs.
