Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year of management experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and counsel when needed.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings to reinforce policies.
• Ensure the store is opened and closed as required; manage daily operations.
• Evaluate operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for control.
• Oversee inventory planning, order reviews, and basic stock replenishment.
