Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and implementation of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling and staffing.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per labor laws and company policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps up to termination when necessary.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; conduct meetings to reinforce policies.
• Open and close the store as required, ensuring secure operations.
