Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents (diagrams, safety rules, procedures).
• Strong math and cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees per laws and Company policies; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, identifies gaps for coaching or termination.
• Makes recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinates meetings and events.
• Ensures store opens and closes per schedule; opens/closes at least twice weekly.
• Evaluates operating statements for sales, profitability, turn and expenses.
• Reviews ordering plans and inventory management; oversees BSR/cycle counts weekly.
• Staging, stocking and storage of merchandise following Company processes.
• Maintains presentation, pricing and signage; uses fixtures correctly.
• Maintains accurate inventory; controls damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Provides superior customer service leadership.
• Keeps store clean, safe and secure; ensures proper equipment and tools are available.
• Follows SOPs, handbooks, and communications; ensures compliance.
• Completes all paperwork and documentation on time.
