Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees; ensures proper staffing.
• Provides training, conducts performance evaluations, and counsels staff.
• Oversees cash handling, security, and daily cash controls.
• Monitors sales, turnover, expenses, and inventory to identify trends.
• Ensures store is opened and closed as required and maintains safety standards.
• Drives merchandising, pricing, signage, and stock replenishment.
• Maintains accurate inventory, handles damages and shrink, and conducts cycle counts.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and paperwork deadlines.
