Job summary

Lululemon Athletica seeks a Store Manager to lead all aspects of retail performance, hire and develop teams, and deliver a world‑class guest experience consistent with our values. The role drives product strategy, inventory, and store operations while building an inclusive culture and strong community relationships.

You will manage P&L, plan quarterly and seasonal strategies, and coach staff to achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year people management experience including recruiting, hiring, and performance accountability.
• 1 year managing business operations and retail labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the store vision and cascade it to the team.
• Drive guest experience and product education on the floor.
