Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager who will own the store's performance, guest experience, and people development. You will lead hiring, coaching, and daily operations to deliver world-class service and store results.

The role requires 1 year of people management and 1 year of operations experience in retail, with a proven ability to build inclusive teams, manage budgets, and foster community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience (including recruiting, hiring, and holding employees accountable to performance expectations)
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including experience with retail scheduling and management of labor hours and managing projects or processes

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive team culture and establish a store vision driven by metrics
• Manage hiring and development of team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Drive guest experience on the floor, address escalations and create strong community relationships
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, inventory, and product actions in line with strategy
• Manage store P&L, budgeting, labor planning, and quarterly/seasonal planning
• Hire and manage store leadership, ensuring accountability and performance
