Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR.
• Hours flexible: evenings/weekends/holidays; at least 50 hours per week; on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire talent and train the team.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Drive store profitability and manage P&L and inventory.
• Forecast and analyze sales trends and payroll/expense control.
• Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives and drive guest-service culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
