Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team, uphold safety and service standards, and develop future leaders. You will oversee day-to-day operations, especially when the GM is not onsite.

Salary ranges $47,500–$55,000 with bonus potential; benefits include health, PTO, 401(k), life insurance, and growth opportunities in a rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail/hospitality–fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and coaching to cultivate a positive, customer-focused workplace.
• Assist in selection, development and retention of staff.
• Lead GM responsibilities during GM absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver safe, clean, 5-star customer experience from drive-up to drive-out.
• Educate customers on products, memberships, and promotions to boost satisfaction and sales.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and task completion to meet site standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Facilities/IT for maintenance.
• Maintain safe, compliant workplace with safety protocols.
