Qualifications

• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, directing staff to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor associates; drive store performance and customer service standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
