• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training through an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Lead the team to ensure customer satisfaction and store performance.
