Job summary

Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role includes participating in an 8+ week store leadership training program designed to build your leadership and operational skills for long-term career growth within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store and lead the team to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and supervision of associates; participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program.
