Job summary

Wild Fork Stores in Florida seeks a Store Manager who will own the building and lead the people strategy, customer experience, safety & compliance, merchandising and inventory health, with full P&L responsibility.

You will hire, onboard and coach the store team, manage performance, and build a culture that drives results while delivering a superior shopping experience and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in retail/food leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong hiring, coaching and performance management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, and work in freezer conditions; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own all store operations end‑to‑end: opening/closing, safety, facilities, and SOP compliance.
• Manage P&L, drive traffic, conversion, basket, and profitability targets.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning.
• Ensure inventory health with FIFO, receiving, and shrink control.
• Lead merchandising standards and planogram execution to optimize shopper experience.
• Build community presence through partnerships and events.
