Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the store operations, lead the people strategy, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will steward safety, merchandising, inventory health, and full P&L delivery while coaching a diverse team across shifts.

You will drive a high‑performance sales culture, manage staffing and development, and partner with leadership to meet budget and growth goals in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years retail, food, grocery and/or specialty retail leadership; 3+ years as a store-level leader with P&L accountability.
• Strong in hiring, coaching, and performance management; track record building bench.
• Financial acumen covering labor, shrink, inventory, and margin mix; SAP and Microsoft 365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all store operations end-to-end: opening/closing, safety, facilities, and SOP compliance.
• Build a high-performance sales engine to drive traffic, conversion, and basket.
• Manage P&L and achieve profitability targets.
• Maintain inventory health with FIFO and accurate in-stocks.
