Job summary

Wild Fork Foods seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to own store operations, leadership, and the customer experience. You will drive P&L performance, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and service.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management while building a culture aligned with our values and delivering strong results in a fast‑paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years retail, food, grocery and/or specialty retail leadership; 3+ years as a store-level leader with P&L accountability.
• Strong in hiring, coaching, and performance management; track record building bench.
• Financial acumen (labor, shrink, inventory, margin mix); systems: SAP, Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own all store operations end-to-end: opening/closing, safety, facilities, temperature controls, food safety & sanitation, cash controls, audits, and SOP compliance.
• Create and foster a Sales Culture by building a predictable, high-performance sales engine.
• Manage P&L: analyze weekly financials, drive topline (traffic, conversion, basket), control labor and shrink, and deliver profitability targets.
• Ensure inventory health: ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and in-stocks in partnership with DC/commercial teams.
• Uses key business drivers – including traffic, conversion, basket, labor productivity, inventory and shrink – to set direction, prioritize actions, coach leaders and continuously improve store performance.
