World Market in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high‑performance team and drive sales while upholding our values, brand, policies and standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop staff and guide daily priorities, balancing customer experience with operations.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast‑paced retail setting, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to plan, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks with urgency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delivering results, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Plan and prioritize according to business needs with a strong sense of urgency.
