Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Floating Store Manager for Store 282 in a full-time capacity. You will take full ownership of store operations, lead a team of 8–15 across all shifts, and be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings and weekends.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate has retail or food management experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, available for any shift, including evenings and weekends.
• Perform all duties of store employees: running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining the lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
