Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location, drive sales, supervise a team of 8-15, and uphold safety and customer service standards. You will own store operations and be the face of the location.

The role requires open availability across shifts, ability to manage inventory, banking tasks, and cross-training. A valid driver's license and Food Safety Certification are preferred; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Minimum age requirement 21+ years old
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification
• A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits)

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team across all shifts (8-15 employees).
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining the lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members; manage inventory and vendor orders.
• Handle all banking deposits and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
