GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy convenience store. You will own daily operations, drive performance, and inspire a team across all shifts. Expect hands-on leadership with responsibility for service, inventory, and safety.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, optimize labor and costs, and execute company programs. The role rewards hands-on leaders willing to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team across shifts.
• Experience running store operations and driving performance.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Run registers, stock, upsell, maintain facilities and pumps.
• Coach and develop team; upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff; foster growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and deposits with valid license and transportation.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while hitting sales goals.
• Execute programs and marketing initiatives; cross-train when needed.
