GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a proactive Store Manager who will own the store’s operations, drive performance, and lead a team across all shifts. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate hands‑on leadership, the ability to upsell, and the willingness to cover diverse shifts, including evenings and holidays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8-15 employees across all shifts.
