Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to own store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across all shifts, and drive performance and growth. You will cover all shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays, while maintaining safety, cleanliness and excellent customer service.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and banking, and implement company programs to meet sales goals. A valid driver’s license and food safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Certification must have (or obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run registers, stock shelves, upsell promotions and key items; maintain cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire and train new team members; focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
