Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store's operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be available for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; required to have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
