Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is opening a new store on Old Mill Road in Annapolis, MD. The Store Manager will oversee leasing storage and parking, manage a team, assist with maintenance, supervise onsite projects, and coordinate with the home office to keep tenants satisfied.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized and proactive, with a drive to maximize occupancy and maintain strong client relationships. We offer competitive pay, a bonus plan, health coverage, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Computer literate with solid office skills.
• Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.

Store Manager (This is a new store opening on Old Mill Road in Annapolis, MD)

Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. SmartStop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
