Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #1228) to oversee day-to-day operations, lease storage and parking spaces, and lead a on-site team. The role emphasizes strong customer service and operational efficiency.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sat 8:00am to 2:00pm, with no nights. Starting pay is $13.50-$15.00 per hour plus bonus; growth and benefits are highlighted in the role description.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
• Experience leasing storage and handling transactions.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1228 - Hot Springs, AR) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm; Sat 8:00am - 2:00pm;

Starting at $13.50-15.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance

• Other duties as assigned by the Company
