Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee leasing, staff supervision, and daily operations. You will coordinate leasing of storage and parking, supervise a team, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining property standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow procedures. We offer a monthly bonus plan, health and retirement benefits, paid time off and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Computer literate with solid office skills.
• Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.

Store Manager (Store #1082, Sacramento, CA) Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service. SmartStop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
