SmartStop Self Storage in Lakewood, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6121. You will assist with leasing storage, supervise a small on-site team, oversee maintenance, and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure excellent service.

The role supports hours Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat 9:00am–4:00pm, Sun 10:00am–2:00pm, with starting pay at $20.00/hour plus a monthly bonus.

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in selling storage solutions and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Light maintenance tasks.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6121 - City, Lakewood CO) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $20.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
