You will mentor associates, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and coordinate with district and regional teams. The role requires 5+ years of retail management, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure policies, standards, expectations and initiatives are implemented.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget with reporting and records.
