Job summary

You will drive merchandising, staffing, budgeting, and operations, ensuring strong customer service and professional standards across the store and throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Ensure store team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargeback paperwork for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and follow Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget; review related reports.
