Job summary

Bang & Olufsen in New York's Meatpacking District seeks an experienced Store Manager to drive commercial performance and elevate the customer experience. You will oversee end-to-end store operations, P&L responsibility, and lead a skilled sales team in a luxury environment.

The role requires at least five years in store leadership within upscale retail, strong clienteling and CRM skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a store leadership position (Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager).
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or upscale retail.
• Ability to meet performance goals and drive sales/profit targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end store performance, operations, people management, and sales targets.
• Lead a high-touch customer experience and build rapport with priority customers.
• Train sales team in-line with global standards and Online trainings.
• Direct line management of store sales team, set goals and schedules.
• Enhance clienteling activities and local brand engagement.
• Plan and execute local marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Represent the brand at CRM events and ensure smooth store operations.
