With 5+ years in store leadership, you will manage inventory, schedules, KPIs, and partnerships with HQ while upholding brand standards. The role requires weekend and travel availability, strong English, and a passion for luxury fashion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in premium or luxury retail.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies.
• Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team.
• Analyze KPIs and define action plans to improve results.
• Oversee CRM activities and ensure efficient use.
• Manage inventory and stock in coordination with Merchandising.
• Plan shifts and set KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor store safety and compliance with HQ guidance.
