Job summary

Boggi Milano in New York’s Elmont area seeks a Store Manager to lead a premium retail team, delivering an exceptional omnichannel experience and driving sales, service quality, and customer loyalty.

You will train and coach the team, plan store activities, oversee CRM and inventory, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to brand standards. Candidates need 5+ years in store management, fluent English, weekend availability, and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Store Manager with leadership in premium brands.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and delivering seamless customer experiences.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to meet quality standards.
• Analyze KPIs and sales targets; define action plans to drive results.
• Oversee CRM activities and ensure optimization.
• Manage inventory and warehouse alignment with sales potential.
• Create shift schedules and staffing to meet KPIs.
• Enforce procedures and labor codes with HQ.
