Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Morristown-area Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

External hires enter a leadership track with 12+ weeks of training, go through GM certification (GO100), and may advance to General Manager. A strong foundation in operations and culture is provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's leadership development path with training and GM-certification alignment.
