Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role starts with a robust training path and mentoring as part of our GM development program.

You'll participate in 12+ weeks of leadership training, complete evaluations, and graduate a GM certification. Growth to General Manager is available within our Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
