Job summary

Panda Express, a proud part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

The role includes a structured 12+ week leadership training program, ongoing development, and a clear path to General Manager. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and a commitment to food safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to meet goals and guest experience.
• Participate in leadership training and GM development path.
