External hires join Panda's leadership development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training; after evaluations and a GM certification, you may advance to General Manager. Comprehensive training and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
