Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Addison, IL. You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to set you up for success. We offer meals while you work, a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities, medical/vision/dental coverage, a 401(k) with company match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work opening and closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members; ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Participate in the leadership training program to prepare for future management opportunities.
