Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Baton Rouge. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals. We offer an eight-week or longer store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community dedicated to your success.

This role is full-time and on-site. Qualified candidates must be prepared to relocate within 50 miles and work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training; eight weeks or more to prepare you for success, mentorship and Panda community support.
