Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll be in charge of the operation of a single Panda store, directing associates and ensuring guest experiences while working toward financial goals.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success. Flexible scheduling and potential relocation within 50 miles are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Complete store leadership training program (8+ weeks).
