Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Baton Rouge to lead daily store operations and mentor a team of associates. You will help hire, manage and direct staff to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences while completing a comprehensive leadership training program.

You will participate in ongoing leadership development, with opportunities for growth into management roles and access to benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and train associates through a leadership development program.
• Support store leadership training and ongoing development.
