You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver excellent guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist single-store operations, hire and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drive guest satisfaction and ensure high standards of service and operations.
