Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Louisiana. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and supervise team members, and drive financial performance while delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community designed to help you grow into higher levels of responsibility within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team through training and mentorship to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial results while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Participate in the eight or more weeks of store leadership training program.
