Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in Baton Rouge to lead daily store operations, hire and supervise staff, and drive financial performance while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes participating in the extensive leadership training and progressing along Panda's General Manager development path, with a focus on operations, culture, and leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in Panda's leadership training and GM development pathway.
• Maintain standards for food safety and guest service while optimizing store performance.
