The role includes leading a team, hiring and training associates, and progressing along a GM development path with formal training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train, and direct staff; monitor performance and enforce standards.
• Participate in the General Manager development path and complete required leadership training and certifications.
