You will hire, train, and supervise associates, implement standards, and participate in a comprehensive leadership training program designed to develop store leadership skills over 8+ weeks. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts and travel within a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
