Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers on our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a GM certification (GO100) upon graduation, enabling promotion to GM. We provide paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to move to a store within reasonable distance.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development path toward General Manager.
• Provide 12+ weeks of store leadership training and complete GM certification GO100 for promotion.
